Disclaimer: Please note that our regular business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays), 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (Tuesdays, Thursdays), and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday by appointment only or for emergencies. Outside of these hours, we offer limited after-hours availability from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am Monday through Friday, accessible by a call-in screening process only. During this time, all inquiries will be evaluated by our on-call doctor, who will determine—based on their medical expertise and discretion—whether an in-person visit or further care is necessary immediately. We do not guarantee after-hours appointments, and all decisions regarding care during this period are made with patient safety and medical appropriateness in mind. If an appointment is approved and scheduled during these after-hours, a $250 fee will be charged per on-call visit. This fee includes the cost of any necessary X-rays, examinations, and prescribed medication administered during the visit. Any additional procedures or treatments beyond what is included will be billed separately and is due upon treatment. Non-urgent matters will be addressed during regular business hours.
